Hiking

Mindfulness: Hiking allows to clear the mind and develop a sense of calm and mindfulness. A good mind set for work shops and discussions

Cooperation and Communication: Group hiking promotes teamwork, effective communication, and cooperation. Experiencing the journey together strengthens bonds and creates lasting friendships.

Respect & Responsibility: Hiking fosters a connection to nature, teaching teens respect the environment and each other.

Climbing adventures

  • Trust and Communication: Climbing—especially when belaying—demands complete trust between partners and open, clear communication. This strengthens responsibility and mutual respect.

Camps

  • Teambuilding and Collaboration: Camps encourage teens to work together on group challenges, strengthening cooperation and communication skills.

Work Shops
